1974
Construction of a maize processing unit by the cooperative
“La Providence Agricole de la Champagne”
1984
Acquisition of the maize mill by CHAMPAGNE CEREALES
1992
The maize mill became "CHAMPAGNE MAÏS", limited company and subsidiary of CHAMPAGNE CEREALES
2008
Acquisition of the Newcorn company in Poland and implementation of a second manufacturing line in France, the processing capacity of the group increased to 190,000T
2011
CHAMPAGNE MAÏS and NEWCORN became KALIZEA SAS and KALIZEA POLSKA. Both sites got the ISO 22 000 certification
2012
Merger of CHAMPAGNE CEREALES and NOURICIA: Creation of the VIVESCIA Group
2017
Creation of KALIZEA BOROMIR in Romania (joint-venture KALIZEA SAS and the Romanian group BOROMIR). Launch of a third mill in Romania with a local actor, which will become KALIZEA BOROMIR. The production capacity of the Group increased to 260,000T
2022
Attribution of the FSSC 22 000 certification for all our sites
