"Hominy", which is also called "Flaking Grits", is a raw material which has been traditionally used since many years in the process of laminated breakfast cereals (as opposed to the extrusion process). Driven by the Gluten Free new trends, Hominies are today used for the production of corn cakes, corn waffles, snacks, pasta and an extended range of puffed products.

The production process of Hominies using specific maize only originating from South America has limited the development of such products and has required an innovative approach to meet customers’ needs.

For this particular project, our team did not rely on the solutions available on the market but created on its own, based on many years of experience, a new production line using brand new technologies. Thank to this we can prepare hominies in line with highest requirements of the most demanding customers.

Our hominies are available in several granulations. It is Gluten Free, non GMO, Kosher and Halal. In the nearest future we could also offer products from organic raw material.
